Authorized capital of the SNM Securities (Private) Limited is Rs. 300 million. Issued, subscribed, paid up capital and share deposit money of the company amounts to Rs. 250 million.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Board of Directors comprise of three directors. Directors have the necessary business, accounting and legal expertise and background to cater the challenging and dynamic environment of capital markets along with adequate financial backing.

Mr. Abad ur Rahman is the Nominee director/Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is a qualified account and has diversified experience in public and private sector. He is a MBA and holds vast experience of managing finance and accounts functions in private sector he has been dealing with various levels of management and hold vast knowledge and experience of investment analysis, management & accounting.

Mr. Javaid aAhmad Butt Mr. Javaid Ahmed Butt is renowned lawyer. He is a member of Lahore High Court Bar Association and certain other associations.

Mr. Khurrum Raza is a Barrister at law from London. He is a practicing lawyer and is associated as partner with a well established law firm of attorneys and solicitors- Chattha, Khan & Raza.
